He is an Associate Company Secretary and a Fellow Chartered Accountant having more than 15 years of experience in the Industry related to Finance, Accounts, Tax Services, Management Services and Financial Advisory Services. Post qualification he worked in the industry for a decade to gain first- hand experience on the other side of the spectrum. Then he started his own corporate practice and has been running it successfully ever since.

He is also Graduated in law and a Registered Insolvency Professional, Registered Valuer, Certified Forensic Auditor and a Social Auditor.

He is having around five years of experience in practising Company Law and other Corporate Laws. He is a known expert in the field of Finance, Company Law, Management Consultancy and Loan Syndication matters. He also handled lot of lectures in SIRC of Institute of Chartered Accountants. He participated in various forums in CA and CS Institutes like study group on IFRS, Indirect Tax Committee, Exposure drafts on Accounting Standards.
